Free online consultation
Talk with one of our wedding planners, with an English-speaking interpreter on the call. Tell us your travel dates and the look you want, and we will suggest locations and outfits. You can also arrange everything by email before your trip.
Booking
Your reservation is confirmed with a ¥50,000 deposit, paid by credit card through a secure link we send by email. The deposit is applied to your total cost.
Fitting at our Tokyo studio
Visit the studio the day before or two days before your shoot to try on your dress or kimono. Our stylists adjust everything so it fits comfortably on the day.
Photoshoot day
After hair, makeup and dressing at the studio, we head to your chosen Tokyo location. The day takes about 5 hours in total, with 1.5–2 hours of shooting.
Photo delivery
Your photographer colour-corrects the photos and the data is delivered online about 3 weeks after the shoot, wherever you live. Faster delivery is available for an additional fee.

Cherry blossoms usually bloom from late March to early April. This is the busiest season, so we recommend booking 3–6 months ahead.
Early summer
Fresh green leaves make parks and Japanese gardens look bright and natural — a calm season for relaxed photos.
Autumn
From November, autumn leaves colour the gardens and the ginkgo trees of Jingu Gaien turn gold. One of our most requested backdrops.
Winter
Clear skies and early sunsets are ideal for night photos in front of the illuminated Tokyo Station.

- Q1 How much does an outdoor pre-wedding photoshoot in Tokyo cost?
- Our Tokyo location plans start from ¥107,800 (¥118,580 incl. tax) for the Western Outdoor plan. The Kimono Outdoor plan is ¥114,800 (¥126,280 incl. tax), the Two Kimono plan is ¥144,400 (¥158,840 incl. tax), and the Western & Kimono plan is ¥192,600 (¥211,860 incl. tax). These are campaign prices valid until Nov.
- Q2 Are location fees and transportation included?
- Facility usage fees charged by some locations and taxi fares between the studio and the location are not included in the plan price. We will explain the costs for your chosen location before you decide, so there are no surprise charges.
- Q3 Is there an extra charge for weekends and holidays?
- Yes. A surcharge of ¥22,000 applies to location shoots on weekends and public holidays (¥44,000 for the Western & Kimono plan).
- Q4 What happens if it rains on our shoot day?
- If it rains, you can change your shooting date free of charge, as many times as needed. Please contact us by 12:00 p.m. the day before if you would like to change the date.
- Q5 How long does the photoshoot take?
- A location photoshoot takes about 5 hours in total, including hair, makeup and dressing, with 1.5–2 hours of actual shooting.
- Q6 When will we receive our photos?
- Photo data is delivered online about 3 weeks after your shoot, so you can receive it from anywhere in the world. Faster delivery is available for an additional fee.
- Q7 Do you have English-speaking staff?
- Yes. In our free online consultation, one of our wedding planners talks with you together with an English-speaking interpreter, so you can ask about plans, locations and outfits in English. Our staff also reply to email inquiries in English.
- Q8 When should we book a pre-wedding photoshoot in Tokyo?
- We recommend booking 1–2 months in advance. For cherry blossom season (late March to early April) and autumn leaves in November, booking 3–6 months ahead is best.
- Q9 When is the dress or kimono fitting?
- Fitting takes place at our Tokyo studio the day before or two days before your shoot, so it works well with a short stay in Japan.
- Q10 Can we choose any location in Tokyo?
- You can choose from the Tokyo locations on this page. If you have another place in mind, please ask during your consultation and we will check whether shooting is possible there.
