STEP 01
RESERVATION

WEDDING AVENUE operates on a strictly reservation-only basis to ensure that each couple receives dedicated and unhurried attention. You can make a reservation by calling us directly or using the reservation form to select your preferred date. We welcome visits to our premises or online consultations.

STEP 02
COUNSELING

We would like to hear your preferences regarding the shooting content, location, attire, and date to provide you with the best possible suggestions. We are here to support you to make it the best day for both of you, so please feel free to discuss anything with us.

STEP 03
FITTING

Our stylists will coordinate wedding dresses, tuxedos, color-coordinated kimono, shiromuku, and other accessories to match your desired style. We aim to provide a total coordinated look tailored to both of your preferences.

STEP 04
SHOOTING

On the day of the shoot, leave everything to our photographers, hair and makeup artists, and dressers, and simply enjoy the moment. We are happy to accommodate your preferences for specific photo shots or backgrounds, so please feel free to share your ideas with us.

STEP 05
SELLECTION

After the shoot, you'll return to the studio where you can view the captured images on a monitor. Take your time to enjoy reviewing the photos and have a pleasant moment.

STEP 06
DELIVERED

The data you've ordered will be delivered approximately three weeks from the shooting date. For albums and mounts, delivery will take around three weeks after photo selection. If you need your order urgently, we also offer expedited options, so please feel free to inquire.

COUNSELING
Visit and Consultation

Q1 Do I need to make a reservation if I want to visit and consult the studio?: Our studio operates by appointment only, so please make a reservation by phone or email. You can choose from three consultation styles: 1) in-person consultation reservation, 2) in-person consultation and fitting experience reservation, or 3) online consultation reservation. We are closed on Mondays (open on public holidays and closed the following day), and our business hours are Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday/Sunday/holidays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Q2 How long does the consultation take？: The consultation usually takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, including the estimate. If you decide to proceed with the application, it will take approximately 2 hours. Please note that depending on the nature of your inquiries, the consultation may exceed the allotted time.
Q3 Do I need to bring anything for the consultation？: There is nothing specific required, so please feel free to come as you are.
Q4What is the earliest possible reservation date for a photo shoot and wedding ceremony？: If the schedule aligns, it's possible to book as early as 3 days in advance. However, it's recommended to book 1 to 1.5 months in advance if you have flexibility with your schedule.
If you wish to book for popular cherry blossom, autumn foliage, or fresh greenery seasons, or for facilities where reservations are difficult to secure, it is recommended to book 2 to 5 months in advance.
Q5 Is it okay to book a consultation appointment alone？: Yes, you are welcome to attend the consultation alone, or with your parents or friends.

PHOTO WEDDING
Regarding the photo shoot and the wedding ceremony

Q1 How long does the photo shoot take？: For studio photo shoots, the total time is approximately 3 hours (with shooting time around 1 hour). For location photo shoots, the total time is about 5 hours (with shooting time ranging from 1.5 to 2 hours). Studio and location combined photo shoots take about 7 hours (with shooting time totaling around 2.5 to 3 hours).
Q2 What happens in case of rain? (For location photo shoots): In case of rain, you can change the shooting date up to three times for free. If you wish to change the shooting date, please contact us by 12:00 p.m. the day before.
Q3 Is it possible to have a photoshoot with pets？: It's possible. We've had many photoshoots with dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and various other animals. Please feel free to bring them along for the shoot. However, we kindly request that pets be either in a cage or wearing diapers until just before the shoot. Thank you for your cooperation.
Q3 May I use my own camera for the shoot?？: Using your own camera or recording equipment during the shoot is generally discouraged as it may interfere with the process. However, if you wish to have your accompanying guests take photos or videos, please consult with our staff.
Q5 Is it possible to hold the ceremony in addition to the photo shoot？: At our studio, we offer not only studio and location photo shoots but also chapel photo and casual wedding photo plans. Our casual wedding plan, held within our garden studio, allows you to choose between a church-style or civil ceremony. Please feel free to inquire for more details.

DRESS&KIMONO / HAIR MAKE
Regarding attire and hair/makeup

Q1 Do you charge additional fees for attire？: The costumes included in the plan (over 20 Western-style outfits and over 10 Japanese-style outfits) are available at no additional cost. Additionally, upgraded costumes are available at a reasonable price range starting from ¥19,800 for grooms and ¥30,800 for brides, offering a selection from over 400 outfits. We also offer seasonal discounts on upgraded costumes (up to 50% off), so please take advantage of them.
Q2 Is it possible to try on or see the actual costumes during the consultation？: During your first visit (consultation), we'll guide you through our catalog. If you wish to try on the costumes, we offer consultation sessions where you can try them on, available on both weekdays and weekends. Please check the box for "Consultation & Costume Fitting Experience Reservation" when making your appointment. You'll have the opportunity to see the actual costumes. After your reservation, we'll conduct a final fitting session for your chosen costumes at no charge on weekdays, ensuring everything fits perfectly before your photo shoot. Rest assured, we're here to support you until you've finalized your costume selections. Please note that you can try on up to two Western-style and two Japanese-style costumes (for the bride) and up to two Western-style costumes (for the groom) during the weekday fittings. For fittings on weekends and holidays, there is a fee of ¥3,300 per outfit. If you're unable to visit for a fitting beforehand, you can decide on your costumes using the catalog at the time of booking.
Q3 Is it possible to bring my own clothing？: The fee for bringing your own clothing is entirely free. Whether it's wedding dresses, tuxedos, Japanese attire, or clothing accessories, feel free to bring your favorite outfits and create your ideal photo wedding.
Q4 How many outfits can I wear in one day？: You can choose up to 4 outfits for your shoot. Take advantage of our special offers for changes of attire and color adjustments. For example: (1) Iro-Uchikake (colored wedding kimono), (2) Shiro-Muku (white wedding kimono), (3) Wedding dress, (4) Colored dress.

Q5 When is the hair and makeup style decided？: We will proceed with the hair and makeup on the day of the shoot while consulting with the hair and makeup artist. If you have any reference photos or images, please bring them along.Additionally, we also offer hair and makeup rehearsals in advance.

Q1 When will we receive the data and album？: The data is processed by the photographer for color correction, and delivery typically takes about 3 weeks from the day of the shoot. Welcome boards and New Year's cards are also delivered approximately 3 weeks after the shoot. Albums, leather mounts, and guest boards require about 3 weeks from the date of photo selection.
※For urgent requests, expedited delivery is available for an additional fee of ¥5,500 (tax included) for delivery within 2 weeks from the shoot date, or ¥11,000 (tax included) for delivery within 1 week. Feel free to inquire about expedited options.
Q2 Is it possible to have the photoshoot or wedding ceremony if I live far away or reside overseas？: Yes, we can accommodate through email correspondence. For those who can visit the studio before the shoot, we can arrange fittings, and with two visits, we can finalize everything before the shooting day. Additionally, for those who can only visit on the day of the shoot, we offer the ONE DAY PHOTO plan.

Q3 I would like to have a surprise during the photo wedding.: We also accept surprise photo shoots. We can prepare scenes such as emotional reunions using sound effects, so please feel free to inquire.
Q4 Is payment by credit card possible？: It is possible. You can choose to pay by bank transfer or credit card.
※Campaigns are not applicable for credit card payments.
Q5 Is it possible to rent accessories？: Accessories such as headpieces for both Western and Japanese attire, necklaces, earrings, etc., are available for rental starting from ¥2,200 (tax included).
Q6 Is it okay to participate while pregnant？: We have supported many brides-to-be during their pregnancy, so please rest assured. Regarding sizes, wedding dresses typically have lace-up backs, allowing for adjustments. Most kimonos for traditional Japanese attire are also accommodating.
