- They have a good attention to details, and very professional. Despite the language barrier they were able to communicate to us efficiently. We found great respect with the kimono as we wear the kimono as how it should be with all the intricate details despite it being just a photoshoot venue. The experience if wearing kimono is highly recommended. Over all, all the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable.

- We had a kimono studio photoshoot in the store and had a western wedding photoshoot at Ginza Chapel. We choose the store as the location us good and had good reviews as well. The website can be translated to English and as soon as we made a zoom meeting, someone is translating for us and vice versa.
