The Perfect Place for Kimono ‐ Our Ideal Pre-Wedding Shoot at Shirotori Garden
- PLAN Please tell us about the plan you used.
- POINT Please share your feedback and what you liked about your photoshoot at Wedding Avenue.
- On the day of the shoot, we had the pleasure of working with three wonderful staff members—the makeup artist, photographer, and kimono dresser.
Thanks to them, we enjoyed every moment and had such a fun and memorable experience.
We truly felt that choosing this studio was the right decision.
It was an amazing day—thank you so much! - REASON Please tell us the reason or occasion for your photoshoot at Wedding Avenue.
- When we consulted about doing a kimono pre-wedding shoot, there was a specific garden we wanted to take photos in.
The staff kindly gave us advice, made suggestions such as “You can also do this,” and helped shape our ideas, which made us feel, “We want to shoot here.”
The wide variety of kimono styles was also very appealing.
We chose a location photoshoot because we wanted to photograph in that particular garden.
Shirotori Garden offered both an outdoor garden setting and an indoor tea room, allowing us to shoot in both spaces—so we decided instantly!
We shot in autumn, and the tea room was pleasantly cool, which helped us stay comfortable and enjoy the session while the staff paid close attention to our well-being. - FROM
STAFF A word of thanks from the staff. Congratulations once again on your beautiful kimono pre-wedding photoshoot at Shirotori Garden.
With its rich history and ever-changing seasonal scenery, Shirotori Garden is a truly special place—one that embodies the essence of traditional Japanese beauty.
The shimmering reflections on the water, seasonal flowers, and the presence of the garden stones—all of these elements came together to beautifully enhance your special day.As you walked gracefully through the garden in your elegant kimono attire, each step transformed the scenery into something cinematic.
All of us on the staff were deeply moved watching the moments unfold like scenes from a film. The soft white of your shiromuku gently caught the light from the pond, while the vivid colors of the iro-uchikake harmonized perfectly with the garden’s lush greenery.
Every turn, every step showcased the unique expression and charm of kimono—shining even more brilliantly in this timeless landscape.More than anything, the natural smiles you shared, the quiet gestures of affection, and the joy you radiated throughout the shoot felt like moments that go beyond photographs—memories that stay in the heart.
Shirotori Garden is not only beautiful; it carries a warmth and serenity that soothes the spirit.
We truly hope the time you spent here becomes a treasured memory that enriches this important chapter of your life together. For the staff as well, the day we created with you is something we will never forget.
May your upcoming wedding and the new journey ahead be filled with gentle happiness and endless blessings. We sincerely look forward to the day we can welcome you again.
