A Place Where Your Natural Selves Shine the Brightest Yamashita Park Photo Date
- PLAN Please tell us about the plan you used.
- POINT Please share your feedback and what you liked about your photoshoot at Wedding Avenue.
- For the Japanese-style shoot at Kuraki Park, I had originally imagined wearing a red iro-uchikake without a tsunokakushi. However, I was very happy to learn that pairing a red kimono with a tsunokakushi was absolutely fine, and that I could photograph both styles with and without it while wearing the traditional Japanese hairstyle.
The studio photos in the white shiromuku also turned out far more beautifully traditional than I had imagined, and we were extremely satisfied.
The pair of sensu fans became our favorite items. My mother and grandmother were delighted as well, so I was very grateful that I was able to take photos in the traditional Japanese hairstyle. Being able to capture both versions—shiromuku with and without the tsunokakushi—was something I truly appreciated.
Above all, I felt incredibly happy to see my husband smiling in every shoot and to have those moments preserved in photographs. - REASON Please tell us the reason or occasion for your photoshoot at Wedding Avenue.
- My husband proposed to me in Yokohama, so it is a place filled with memories for us. I was also looking for a studio that could create traditional Japanese hairstyles.
One of the biggest reasons was that I could wear four types of outfits on the bride’s side. I always wanted to wear a colored dress, a wedding dress, and a shiromuku, so discovering Wedding Avenue while researching was perfect.
For the Western-style shoot, we chose Yamashita Park because my husband loves the show Abunai Deka, and I wanted to incorporate something he loves into our photos as well. - FROM
