TOKYO Japanese-style Location Photo

POINT Please share your feedback and what you liked about your photoshoot at Wedding Avenue.
We chose to shoot in a garden, but we were also able to take photos both outdoors and indoors. Since it was a hot season, having a cool indoor space to take breaks in was very helpful.
Thanks to the option of changing outfits, I was able to wear both the white kimono (shiromuku) and the colored one (iro-uchikake), which was a wonderful experience.
Despite the heat, the photographer and staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout the shoot, allowing us to enjoy every moment in comfort. Thank you so much for all your support.
REASON Please tell us the reason or occasion for your photoshoot at Wedding Avenue.
We first discovered Wedding Avenue when we saw a beautiful colored kimono online that caught our eye. We wanted to have both Japanese and Western-style photos taken, and since we weren’t planning to hold a ceremony, we were also hoping to have some chapel shots. Wedding Avenue offered everything we were looking for in one place, so we decided to go with them.
FROM
STAFF
A word of thanks from the staff.

Thank you once again for joining us not only for your Western-style pre-wedding shoot at Lagunaveil Tokyo, but also for your traditional Japanese-style shoot at Mejiro Garden.

Stepping away from the buzz of the city, Mejiro Garden offers a calm and refined space where Japan’s seasonal beauty and timeless traditions come alive. Wrapped in the dignified air of this serene setting, your presence in traditional attire felt like something out of a historical tale. It was a striking contrast to the elegance and modernity of your Western-style look—and it revealed a quiet strength and grace that was deeply moving.

Throughout the session, your expressions and gestures spoke of genuine comfort and ease, yet we also felt the quiet determination and depth of the bond between you. Whether in Western dress or traditional kimono, both versions of your love story shone through so beautifully—and above all, they reflected who you truly are as a couple.

Capturing your pre-wedding photos across two very different settings wasn’t just about variety—it added a richness to your story that words can’t fully express. Each location brought out different facets of your personalities and your relationship, showing that no matter the style or scenery, your connection remains beautifully constant.

It was a true joy and honor for us to capture those meaningful moments at two very special places: Mejiro Garden and Lagunaveil Tokyo. We hope these images become a timeless reminder of when everything truly began.

May your journey together continue to grow in color, strength, and warmth—with memories as beautiful as these always by your side. We sincerely wish you a lifetime of happiness.
