2.Consultation
3.Contract and determination of shooting location and date
4.Detailed decisions on attire, etc.
5.Preparing for the shoot

1. Inquiry and consultation reservation

Feel free to reach out to us with any inquiries!

We can provide details about our plans, pricing, available shooting locations, and the availability of your preferred shooting locations in advance.
You can contact us via our website, email, phone, official LINE account, or Instagram.
We also offer brochure requests.

Afterward, we’ll schedule a consultation meeting where we’ll discuss your specific requirements in detail and provide further information.

We can meet in person at our studio or arrange an online consultation to guide you through the details.
You can reach us through our website, email, phone, official LINE account, or Instagram.

For inquiries, brochure requests, or consultation appointments, please contact us here.

2. Consultation

We gather your preferences for the photography plan, attire, location, and shooting date, and then present you with the most suitable options from our extensive lineup while reviewing sample photos.

We provide detailed explanations and offer estimates to address any concerns you may have, ensuring that all your questions are answered and allowing you to make an informed decision.

Having a clear vision of the type of photos you desire can help narrow down the options:

・Location (studio or outdoor)
・Attire (Western, Japanese, or both)
・Budget
・Participants (just the two of you or accompanied by family, friends, or pets)

Determination of the Photography Plan

First, we will decide on the photography plan together with your dedicated planner.

・Studio Photography Plan (Only Western-style or only Japanese-style or Western-style & Japanese-style)
・Location Photography Plan (Only Western-style or only Japanese-style or Western-style & Japanese-style)
・Chapel Photography Plan
・Combination Plan (Studio & Location, Chapel & Studio, Location & Location, etc.)

There are also Traveling Photo Plans available, where you can have your photos taken in places like Kyoto, Kobe, Tokyo, etc., during your travels.
Your dedicated planner will explain which plan aligns with the images you want to capture.

Determining the Location and Timing of the Shoot

Once the shooting plan is finalized, we’ll proceed to select the shooting location and timing.

We offer a wide range of locations to choose from, tailored to your desired image. You can browse actual customer photos taken at our studio to help you decide.

Availability varies depending on the location, so we’ll consider either the location or timing based on your preferences.
Popular seasons like cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, or fresh greenery tend to fill up quickly, so it’s essential to book early.
Your dedicated planner will advise you based on your desired image priority.

For those who want to use the pre-wedding photo data at their wedding, we’ll work backward from the date you need the data to determine the shooting date.
We typically deliver the photo data three weeks after the shoot, but expedited delivery within one week is also available upon request!

Feel free to reach out to us for further discussion.

Here are the popular location spots.

Quotation

We will provide you with a quotation based on the selected plan, shooting location, and shooting period.

The price varies depending on the plan and location.
We will provide you with a detailed explanation along with the specific quotation.

3.Contract and Confirmation of Shooting Location and Date

After formally contracting for the shoot, we proceed to finalize the details more specifically.

We inquire about your desired shooting location and date, and confirm the latest availability to make your reservation.
Detailed decisions can be made the same day or at a later time.
You can rest assured, as it’s perfectly fine to confirm the details after checking your work or family schedules.

4.Finalizing Details of Attire and More

After confirming the shooting date, we proceed to select attire and accessories.

We can provide catalogs in advance for you to peruse at your leisure.

At our studio, we offer the opportunity for fittings, allowing you to compare and decide on attire in person (^^)
You can also ensure the perfect fit by confirming sizes during the fitting.

For those considering bringing their own accessories or items, feel free to bring them along for the fitting session for consideration.

Additionally, for those unable to visit our studio, we can guide you through the selection process online or via catalogs without the need for fittings.

Here is our collection of attire.

5. Preparing for the Photoshoot

Preparing Your Belongings

Preparing Undergarments and Underwear:

For Western-style attire:

・Bridal lingerie or adhesive bras for dresses
・Stockings
・Winged shirts for tuxedos

For Japanese-style attire:

・Hadajuban (under-kimono)
・Tabi socks
・Five face towels per person

If preparing the above items is difficult, rentals or purchases are available.
Please feel free to inquire.

Preparing Your Condition

Since it’s your special wedding photo shoot, you’ll want to look your best and be in your prime condition.

It’s a good idea to consider dieting or committing to bridal skincare treatments to feel your best.
Most importantly, ensure you’re well-rested and take care of your skin the day before the shoot.
This way, you’ll be ready to shine on the big day!

Final Check Before the Shoot

A few days before the shoot, we’ll send you a final confirmation email regarding the details of the photo session.

For outdoor shoots, we recommend checking the weather forecast beforehand to ensure optimal conditions for the shoot.
You’ll have the option to decide whether to proceed with the shoot as planned based on the weather forecast.
You can let us know if there are any changes in plans until noon the day before the shoot (or the day before if it’s our off-day), and we’ll accommodate your request free of charge.
(※Only the facility application fee will be charged)

6. On the day of the shoot

The big day has finally arrived!

Here’s the schedule for the day of the shoot.

Hair and Makeup

We’ll spend about an hour on the bride’s hair styling and makeup.
If you have a specific look in mind, feel free to show photos to the stylist to convey your preferences.

Hair styling and makeup for the groom are also available upon prior request!

Change into your attire

Once the hair and makeup are done, you’ll change into your attire.
Don’t forget to put on accessories as well. Take a final look in the mirror to check your appearance, and you’re all set!

Moving to the shooting location.

For on-location shoots, we’ll travel to the shooting spot by car.

Some individuals might experience motion sickness due to tight dresses or kimonos during the car ride.
If you’re prone to motion sickness, it’s reassuring to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

The transportation will be either driven by the groom or arranged through a taxi service.

Shooting Begins

The duration of the photoshoot varies depending on the package:

For studio or chapel shoots, it’s about an hour. For location shoots, it’s about an hour and a half to two hours.
If you’re changing outfits, such as Western and Japanese attire, it adds about an hour for changing and a hair and makeup change, making it about 8 hours in total, including travel time during location shoots.

While it might be physically demanding, some say that as time passes, they become more relaxed, resulting in better photos.
So, channel your inner model and enjoy posing for various expressions and shots!

Changing clothes, confirming the photo data, and returning home.

Once the shooting is complete, you can change clothes and quickly review the photo data.

“You captured such wonderful moments! ” –
We often receive such joyous feedback from our clients, making them forget all about the fatigue of the session.

7. Delivery of Photo Data and Others

The photo data will be delivered via email approximately three weeks after the shoot.
For those in a hurry, we can expedite delivery for as soon as one week.

As for albums, you will choose the photos after receiving the photo data.
Then, it will take about one month for us to deliver them to you by mail.

Last

We’ve provided an overview of the basic flow of wedding photography.

Depending on the photography plan and location, it varies, but with about 2 to 3 months, you can likely realize your desired wedding photos.
