Introducing Western-style Pre-wedding Location Photos at Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park!

Hello everyone, and welcome to our blog!
This is Wedding Avenue Shinsaibashi♪
Today, we’re introducing Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park—the perfect spot for couples who love a natural, greenery-filled atmosphere. It’s full of stylish locations perfect for your pre-wedding photos.
Tsurumi Ryokuchi, officially known as the Expo Commemoration Park Tsurumi Ryokuchi, first opened in 1972.
In 1990, it hosted the International Garden and Greenery Exposition, drawing visitors from all over Japan and abroad. With an area of over 1.2 million square meters, it’s one of Osaka’s four largest green spaces!
So, how about a relaxing pre-wedding stroll in this vast park?
With seasonal flowers, a giant windmill, and even fountains, it’s filled with perfect photo spots♡
Let’s dive in!
1. With Seasonal Flowers

Cherry blossoms in spring, lush greenery in summer, vibrant foliage in autumn, and magical skies in winter—
you can capture the colors of nature year-round.
2. The Park’s Iconic Windmill Hill

When people think of Tsurumi Ryokuchi, this giant windmill is often the first thing that comes to mind!
Located north of the Nature Observation Garden, “Windmill Hill” is surrounded by flowerbeds that bloom with tulips, nemophila, sunflowers, cosmos, and more throughout the seasons.
Nearby, the rose garden bursts into color during peak bloom, creating a truly picturesque backdrop.
Enjoy your shoot while feeling the refreshing breeze!
3. By the Large Pond

At the end of Central Avenue lies a spacious pond, surrounded by nature that changes color with the seasons.
This open space is perfect for wide, refreshing shots.
Capture a moment with the fountain in the background for a lively, dynamic photo.
4. The Central Fountain Plaza

Near the park entrance, the central fountain creates a powerful scene with its grand water display, framed by lush greenery.
And here’s a special point—Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park is a pet-friendly location!
Why not include your beloved dog, cat, or even rabbit in your photos?
At Wedding Avenue, we’ve welcomed many couples who brought their pets along for unforgettable photo sessions♪
5. Strolling Through the Fresh Green Avenue

This iconic tree-lined path is one of Tsurumi Ryokuchi’s most photogenic spots, perfect for scenes that look straight out of a movie.
6. Among the Golden Ginkgo Trees

In summer, the avenue becomes a tunnel of lush green, while in autumn it transforms into a breathtaking tunnel of golden ginkgo leaves.
The metasequoia trees, with their tall conical shapes, line Central Avenue near the park entrance.
In autumn, the golden foliage creates a magical scene.
In spring, the fresh green leaves bring a completely different charm.
After the rain, reflections in puddles add a dreamy touch to your photos.
7. A Gentle Stroll Along the Pathways

The long, straight entrance path feels symbolic of the journey ahead for the two of you.
With the groom escorting the bride in her white dress, it’s almost like walking down a natural outdoor aisle.
Take your time strolling hand in hand while listening to the birdsong and enjoying the greenery.
These relaxed moments bring out the most natural expressions☆
