Today, we would like to introduce Kuraki Park!

Kuraki Park spans across Isogo and Konan Wards, covering 230,000 square meters. It features facilities such as an open square, a grassy lawn area, a children’s playground, a large pond, a plum grove, and walking trails perfect for forest bathing.

On the northern side of Kuraki Park, there is the Kuraki Noh Stage Garden. The Noh stage was originally built in Hibiya in 1917 (Taisho 6) and was relocated here in 1965 (Showa 40).
Photoshoots are also possible at this Noh stage, which we will introduce in the second half of this blog!

Recommended Point #1 for Photoshoots at Kuraki Park

At Kuraki Park, you can take photos not only in the garden but also in a traditional Japanese-style room!
In a calming space filled with the scent of tatami and the warmth of wood, you can capture beautiful shots, such as the popular “seiza” (kneeling) pose with a hanging scroll backdrop — perfect for kimono attire!

You can enjoy a relaxed photoshoot in a graceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for celebrating your special day♡

While the Japanese-style room is a popular setting for traditional attire photoshoots, Kuraki Park also offers the rare opportunity to shoot on a Noh stage!

Since it is uncommon to find facilities where you can photograph on an actual Noh stage, it’s a perfect choice for those looking for a unique experience different from others!

You can take very special photos with an authentic traditional Japanese atmosphere (^^)/
It is also possible to have a photoshoot both at the Noh stage and in the Japanese-style room!

While we have introduced the indoor options, outdoor shoots are also wonderful♡

The vibrant vermilion bridge adds a touch of brilliance amidst the greenery, creating a stunning contrast.
A photo of you both in kimonos standing on the bridge will be a guaranteed highlight!

There is a spot called the “Cherry Blossom Forest,” where you can enjoy shooting with cherry blossoms during spring ♡
It’s also a popular hanami (flower viewing) spot, so you can enjoy a little cherry blossom viewing after your shoot too (#^^#)
It would be lovely to reminisce about your day over some blossoms afterward♡

While Kuraki Park is beautiful in cherry blossom season, it is also stunning during autumn!

Photoshoots in traditional attire among the vibrant colors of autumn foliage — reds, oranges, yellows — are simply breathtaking (^^)/
